Monday - Chest.Back.Calves.Abs.Cardio.
Tuesday - Shoulders.Arms.Calves.Abs.Cardio.
Wednesday - Legs.Calves.Abs.Cardio.
Thursday - same
Friday - same
Saturday - same
Sunday - off
During off season i do not do cardio.
While training for a contest i do caqrdio twice a day.
I prefer step machine.

When I getting ready for competition I do calves,abs,gluts every day.

Bench-560lbs.
Squat-800lbs.
Deadlift-760lbs.
